Targeted research and advisory assignments
Our strategic advice takes shape in targeted research and advisory assignments. Think of product development and standardisation, development and further development of real estate concepts, scenario studies and housing research, insight into future scenarios, and programmes of requirements (PoRs). Our advice also covers supplementary projects, such as feasibility studies, variant studies, advisory reports and technical and process-related explorations.
A cross-sector role
Our role is not limited to individual assignments. We are a partner in cross-sector advisory projects, such as the development of the SWK assessment framework for stacked timber construction and the national guideline Vertrouwd Hout. In education, we are involved in the Education Housing Programme (Programma Onderwijshuisvesting). Here we take the lead in developing, among other things, the generic programme of requirements, the blueprint for the Integrated Housing Plan, the decision framework for renovation or new construction and the School Configurator. In projects like these, we bring parties together, steer the content and increase the impact of research and advice.
