We set up a project management organization and create a program of requirements, along with a corresponding project schedule and budget. This ensures the scope is clear from the start. Need to deviate from the scope? That is possible, but we do so in a controlled manner and through mutual consultation. This keeps you, as the client, in the driver's seat, with continuous, clear input for timely decision-making.
We work for leading theme parks such as Efteling, Toverland, Drievliet, and Madurodam. We are also involved in the development of hotels, theaters, and museums, including Madame Tussauds and the Wereldmuseum.
