Rens and Rudger join Embera as partners

As of today, the Embera management team consists of Dennis Bakker, Malco van den Eijnde, Rens, and Rudger.

Rens is a sharp strategist who has proven himself over the years as a developer and manager. He currently works through Embera as a developer for the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA), where he is responsible for numerous real estate developments. At Embera, Rens focuses on complex and unique development challenges.

Rudger is a skilled project manager and specialist in developing social real estate. As an Embera project manager, he is currently working on the realization of the new police unit headquarters in The Hague, the largest and most complex construction project for the national police. Additionally, Rudger is working with Invest-NL and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science on developing the new generic Program of Requirements (PVE) for the future housing of all primary and secondary education in the Netherlands. At Embera, Rudger focuses on further developing our social real estate portfolio.
