Think District – New-build office and underground parking garage
With Think District, RED Company is developing a new, innovative, and sustainable area within the Schinkelkwartier in Amsterdam. At Think District, we are committed to an inclusive living and working environment that is well-balanced with nature. A vibrant space where innovation and collaboration flow seamlessly together.
Think District is a sustainable development comprising a program of approximately 1,100 homes, a new office (35,000 m2), an existing office to be redeveloped (34,000 m2), commercial spaces and social facilities (8,000 m2), and approx. 1,100 parking spaces.
At Embera, we are involved as project managers in the development and realization of the new office and its underground parking garage. A sustainable, healthy, and modern multi-tenant office building that will meet all the needs of the next generation.
